Tomorrow. I built a clay target holder for my SKS and kar98k I'm itching to try out. Paper just isn't satisfying since I can't see the holes without a scope.

paper targets are good for sighting in weapons/optics/comparing accuracy etc, but i find they lose the fun factor pretty quickly also. A buddy of mine hang water balloons from homemade target frames at various distances, blow up soda cans, shoot reactive targets and other stuff to make it a bit more interesting.

Because I had a heart attack recently and don't feel like doing much of anything at the moment.

Just grab a beer or two, take them apart and clean them on newspaper. It's my favorite part of range day :(

I'm so poor I can only go every month or two.

I spent the day taking shots at old crummy navigational markers out at sea, from 160 to 500ish metres (rangefinder goes to 500 and it crapped out on me). Real nice targets because they are all rusty and nasty and send up a cloud of rust red smoke when hit.
