Napoleon couldn't beat the Duke of Wellington in a single battle. And George Washington got General freaking Cornwallis to surrender after being surrounded like the little bitch he was. Let's not forget he also endured the threats against non-treaty abiding native Americans, for-hire Hessian (navy seals of the time) mercenaries, loyalists (30-40% of the colonial population), and had at best (and I'm being generous here) 5-10% of the capital resources that Napoleon had access to and I'm talking 5-10% of what Napoleon had during the lowest point(s) of his campaign

Napoleon was a better commander, but Washington was almost certainly a better actual fighter. The man has personally charged into combat with the odds stacked against him and come out victorious.

You cannot use the term swat in reference to one organization. Every fucking pd has there own swat teams with different standards of training and experience. Some are really good, some are plain shit. I better comparison would be to the FBIs HRT. As like gsg9 they are a federal police force, who specialize in hostage resuce and counter terrorism
