Never mind the fact that that definition was pretty much pulled out of the collective asses of the beloved ATF. Never mind the fact that revolvers have been called pistols for over a hundred years. Never mind the fact that the vast majority of people, even gun owners, will call a revolver a pistol. Well, I cant justify another purchase right now. That doesn't mean I don't want more guns. I want a k98k, and an m1 garand. I'm a big historical rifle enthusiast.

Also, I live in Canada, so carrying a handgun with me is not an option. I would be buying it for range shooting, and that's it.

In the future, yes I want to get a handgun. Right now, no. Furthermore in that vein, if i'm going to be target shooting with this hypothetical pistol, then you're damn right I want a revolver.
