Jennings J-22.
Best $180 I've ever spent. Fun as fuck, more accurate than you'd think, and when I'm done with it I can just toss it out the window in the nearest hood and let nature take its course, or hose it down with WD-40 and toss it in my tacklebox.
Either one is good.
J-22 don't care. J-22 don't give a fuck!

>Ghettoblaster General
I don't own a ganger pistol, but here's an image of what's popular in Chiraq.
>tfw shot a J-22 ghetto style at some /k/ meetup in 2014
Most fun I've ever had. I'd buy one in an instant if I saw one for cheap enough.

mostly .40s and 9mms, do gangsters hate fuddy-five?
>>33600974
Mah nigga. Literally.

It's less about what they "prefer" and more about what's available. Honda Civics are the most stolen car not because they're preferred, but because they're ubiquitous.

Saw one for sale at a gun show for $75 a month ago. I'm in NY and still waiting for my handgun permit though, otherwise I'd have bought it.
>>33600974
Meh, I saw some other tripfag bought one too, he paid less
I kinda want one of these Jimenez JA 380s, looks kinda like a striker fired PPK or something. Anybody have experience with them?

They sell Hi Points at Academy for like $160 or so. I might just buy one in 9mm just to have a ghetto blaster I can troll /k/ with.
>>33601559
a /k/ infographic said its shit so OP you're wrong
>>33601479

I got this for $50 at a flea market. I over paid by about $45. In its defense it hasnt exploded yet.

I had a Bryco model 38, which is basically the exact same gun.
It was remarkably accurate. Had a few stovepipes. Won't reliably cycle loads with sub-95 grain bullet weight.
Disassembly is a bitch. Basically there's a plastic piece around the cocked indicator (which is just an extension of the firing pin) that holds the whole firing assembly in. It quite easily goes flying across the room.
>Sometimes it goes flying across the range when you're shooting it, and then it's time to throw it in a storm drain.

Mah nigga.

So I'm assuming all those Ruger 9mm were not just the P89 like pictured but SR9 and 9E and LC9s.
>>33602772
probably
Called it
>>33601001
I'd love a more specific breakdown on make and model...
Surprised how many .380s for the CC thug life
>>33602118
my head hurts looking at it. Can is worth 8 times what gun is.
>>33602772
Still mostly p-series guns by and large likely
>>33603208
Because it's the biggest caliber these guns come in that won't explode quickly
>>33601634
What exactly is wrong with it?

Jams constantly. Ejection and feeding failures. I did buy a cheap ass box of magtech .380 fmj to run it. Shot a box of 50. Had at least one failure on every mag, sometimes more. Also, you can not use a high grip with this gun. You will get slide bite. You have to hold low on the grip which makes controling the recoil harder. Has more tecoil than you woukd expect from a 380. Lastly, the trigger feels like its made from thin cut sheetmetal. Trigger break is close to 10 lbs (guessing). You can call me a pussy but after 50 rounds I didnt want to pull that trigger anymore.
I have a Jennings J-22. It's not so bad that I've turned it in for a $50 gift card, but I sure wouldn't pay $180 for one. Besides, if you want a shitty gun, you can buy a new Hi-Point for that.
