It's not generic bulk .22, it's Mini-Mag. Even prior to the post-Lanza panic they held a decent premium over most .22 ammo.

500 for $50 is actually a really good deal for Mini-Mags, especially in this market. I've seen people charge the same for remington golden bullet.

I'm not beholding to MAP prices unless I'm a dealer with that specific manufacturer. So, since I'm a colt dealer all my colts are at MAP or above it. When it comes to Glock/Sig/FN where I don't deal direct with the manufacturer I can do whatever I want.
