530 for a 92fs worth it?

If you're looking for a full size with a great after market and you're not planning on CCing it, good... ish.

Is it new or used?

It's a big and heavy duty weapon. I love them, but it's going to feel very different from the Shield. Where I am 530 is reasonable for one.

This is now a price check thread. I don't know for sure but it sounds pretty close in value. Maybe try 500.
I was wondering If a Steyr S9 is worth 350. Sounded good to me at the LGS.

Look at the reviews. Most were rarely shot, and prolly just had holster wear. Mags are cheap, but you might have to cut a new notch for the 92S due to the mag release being on the lower grip. Beretta factory mags have both notches in them.
