Thanks anon. Top tier sealing along with desiccant packs (white bags in the pic) keep my stash safe from the Florida humidity. Also makes a good seat when I load it into the back of the truck.

I actually hand load my ammo. I've been doing it for a few years and get better velocity standard deviations and reliability than the factory stuff I used to buy . This is true even with the stuff I bulk product like the 9mm.

Those 75gr rounds are accurate AF and I can hit 1k yards fairly easily with pic related.

It's nice and shiny because I tumble it in walnut shell before loading and tumble in corn cob after loading.

Honestly anything in a basement or below ground setting you want 5 inches to 1 ft off the floor. Cement tends to hold water like a sponge and will be soaked into your wood crates rotting them and rust the cans.

Nice. People sometimes forget simple things like cement and moisture. They do this with plastic water jugs that get contaminated. They will put dry packs in the cans but then forget about the rest of the care. Like put them near a window with blinds, while no one can see in easily, the sun still is on the metal can 5-6 hours a day cooking it.

You may want to invest in some home depot food grade buckets with screw top lids. It is not a lot of $, talking about $12-15 per bucket with lid. Not debating your method as not many would know food is in there, just a more moisture proof storing suggestion. Then add a moisture pack and o2 pack, bam. good to go for 2-3 years.

It is. There's no way I'll find the article now but someone tested pressures and stuff of tumbled vs nontumbled and there was no difference.

I only tumble for like 15-20 minutes after loading.

for CQB, I would take a P90/PS90 SBR over pretty much anything. This is from personal experience. I own a 5 inch barrel 9mm AR SBR, a 5.56 AR SBR with a 10.5 inc barrel, a 300BLK AR with an 8.4 inch barrel, and a B&T APC9 SBR.

PS90 SBR is shorter, has a greater mag capacity, and the rounds (Elite ammo if you really want to kill someone) WILL penetrate anything below LVL4 and maybe LVL3+.

Basically i blasted my entire stash of reloads last range trip, leaving only essentials.

Anyone use those 50 or 100 round ammo boxes (made by Berry's, MTM, etc) inside of a 50-cal ammo can? I'm semi OCD and don't like filling my cans with loose rounds. I'm wondering how many of the 223/556 sized boxes I can fit inside. I can't find any actual outer dimension measurements.
