You could do better for $15,000 new on the high end assuming those are expensiveass ars with nice optics (considering I see railed handguards with one tlr light among them this is pretty unlikely), probably more like $8. Would have to see the rollmarks and a better picture of the ars to be accurate.

I've moved / installed several gun safes for people, largest one was over 1200lbs. The average safe can be moved with 2 people, 1 large prybar, a few 1/2"-1" thick boards, and 5-7 2.5ft long sections of 3" schedule 80 PVC pipe. Use prybar to lift one corner/side of the safe and slide boards under to use as shims until you can start fitting pipes under the safe. Once the safe is completely off the ground and resting on the pipes then all you have to do is slowly and carefully roll the safe to where you want it, setting pipes back under the front end when it rolls off of one.

Going up and down stairs can be pretty tricky once you get over 600lbs or so but just moving a large safe around on a single floor is easy.

If you want it anywhere that involves going up or down stairs, you're looking at paying between a couple hundred and a couple thousand dollars for people with specialized equipment to move it for you, depending on the weight of the safe, or spending $2k minimum on a sub-par take-apart, non-fire-rated safe from Zanotti or similar.

If you have the ability to roll-in/roll-out, such as a first floor, go rent a fucking pallet jack from Home Depot for like $20 and save yourself a WORLD of headache.

Along those lines, if your safe is over 500lbs I highly highly recommend permanently bolting a pair of 4x4 skids to the bottom, and if you wish to anchor the safe down do so through them. It guarantees you always have clearance for a pallet jack, and provides some extra protection against household-tier flooding from a busted faucet or backed up sewer. Almost no safe is waterproof.
