Literally and unironically the most overrated SMG of WWII.
Can someone post a spandau?
>>33544706
and yet 9mm is a round found globally
>>33544655

That's what we called my veteran grandfather too

I guess the Luger P08 is the height of pistol technology then.

This, I'm all about that Grease Gun
>>33544813
Nah, I think the Grease Gun is at just about the right level of rating. Wasn't all that great, doesn't get all that much recognition, sounds about right.

The frankengun that looks like someone built it out of spare vibrator parts? how does that thing even work, let alone remain accurate with the receiver so far ahead and the barrel that short

My grandpa served on the allied side actually, was in the engineer core and the second wave of D-day, we call him Opa because he went on to work in the CIA as a mainly German but also russian translator
Still though yeah, around blacks never relax, Opa'd probably agree too if he was still with us

Check out "the Gehlen Organization" for some interesting C.I.A./German reading.

Neat stuff, he kept very Schtum about his time in the CIA, no idea what he did or for how long. Opa could go on for hours about west point and the engineers and Normandy, not a peep about the CIA and post WW2 ops, was too young to really catch on at the time.
