I can't seem to find minni ball in .44 cal anywhere. Can someone tell me where is a good source of minni ball? I need it for my new revolver. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Pietta-Model-Confederate-Navy-Caliber-Black-Powder-Revolver/740536.uts
Pretty sure those are meant to fire round balls.

just cast your own
Breech loaders don't use minie balls.
You want conical ammo.

Are you sure my gun is a breech loader? My gun loads with a plunger and you load cartridges in the front of the cylinder not the back. See pic related, those 2 holes in the cylinder is where you would load it.

Your revolver does not fire Minie Balls or Conical projectiles. It fires .44 lead balls as >>33533207
said.
Look under the related items section and you'll see one example.

As it turns out, most .454 caliber projectiles will fit and fire in modern .44 caliber muzzle loading revolvers with quite nice results.

I can't find the mold for it.
While on the subject of BP, I received this from my father a year ago and have now just gotten around to mess with it. The thing is that I have no idea what I need to load it. He always had the load premade for me to shoot and now that its mine I have no idea where to start

Have you tried taking it to a funstore?
