Many SMG's would actually be a pretty top-tier for HD if they were commonly available.

Assuming you have a full auto one why would you use it? The police will confiscate it and it'll get finger fucked in a lock up while you go to court for sawing a guy in half.
It was used for city fighting so I'd say it's a good gun for indoors, but idk about 7.62 tokarev ammo penetration since it can supposedly beat some body armor
