Fitted isn't the word. The first units to be issued MP5 were in the UDR, who taped torches onto the top for night operations. When SAS were issued with them, they did the same thing. It didn't really effect the balance of the weapon a great deal and as most engagements were done within 20m, using the light as a rough aiming point was effective enough.

You'll find most SAS guys (and most likely all SOF guys) are pretty quiet when out and about, they never tend to draw attention to themselves and tend to keep away from any form of violence unless there is no other option.
