i hardly see how this would work in USA if everyone just assault you with a gun or in shithole place like south america or UK where everyone carry a machete.
if you had a tactical pen in civilian job and area i don't see where you'd carry that except your breast pocket if you where working in a suit. (who carry pens in their pants)
