Yes, it is bad, and you should feel bad too. I never understood the appeal of a .22 that looks like military counterpart. I wish more companies came up with creative .22 designs instead of cloning a mp5 or mp44.

the appeal is that people wish they could get a real MP5 or StG but they can't or can't afford one so if they want a .22 they get one that looks cool, most .22s are cheap and similar in quality so that's one of the defining factors in buying one of those .22 repros. that said, these two 'AKs' look like shit in an obvious plastic clamp shell, you might as well put a .22 in a cardboard box with a tube on the end and pretend it's a tank gun.
