Its not as /k/ as some surrounding states but we still have some pretty great stuff. The pro gun people have fought the anti-gun people to a stand still and the state senate will probably stay split like it is. The metro area is making a big stink about Gardner but as long as the libertarians don't run candidate he'll likely get elected.

I like it. I have plenty of places to shoot and can shoot what ever I want. Finding a range that lets you shoot .50cal is a bit difficult and I would rather not shoot it innawoods.

I usually go up to Arapaho National Forest. A buddy has land near Fraser.

Outside of a few cities we're pretty decent. Chances are the mag limits will get rolled back soon considering nobody follows them anyway.

Fairly /k/. Tons of innawoods, innadesert, innamountains, etc. There is a 15 round mag limit for rifles and handguns in effect since 2013. Denver has had an AWB since 2003. Cities like Denver and Boulder aren't friendly to guns in general.
All that said, fucktards here on /k/ will spew opinions they read somewhere else about how Colorado is now a giant gulag infested with commiefornians and is the genesis of all evil librul thought. Also Stalin lives here. But seriously, no one cares about or pays attention to the magazine limit (I've purchased 30 round mags from off-duty cops working gun shows before), and a couple state senators were recalled after they supported the limits.

You can do pretty much anything outdoors since the state has really diverse geography and terrain. All it lacks is an ocean, and there isn't a proper rainforest. You can do most of those outdoor activities with firearms as well.

No one gives a fuck until you want something online. Ive really wanted to try out the canik tp9 pistols and of course they wont turn a blind eye. However, some are willing to send the gun to an FFL and the mag to an address out of state, separately. Then I can have a friend who lives out of state forward it to me.

Denver county has an awb from the Clinton era, but our sheriffs are based.

Shall issue, nfa is allowed, oc is pretty usual east of the i25 corridor, and the people are ok.

We are being invaded though so don't plan on buying a house or property anytime within the next 5-10 years.
