The thing about being involuntarily committed is that there is not 'Trial' they don't have to put you before a jury or anything. They just gave my journal to two black psychiatrists who decided I was insane obviously and then they locked me up for two weeks, sure was a fun experience. Ironically enough I got along pretty well with everyone in the hospital. Even roomed with a homeless black guy who didnt have clothes when he came in. The hospital was cold so I gave him a sweater.

Just double checked a little. It is case law that defines what is said earlier. I was going off an incident that happened last year at a black powder shooting competition that I attended. One of the shooters was arrested since he was a felon and possessed a "firearm."

Turns out the reason the ATF was there was because they were on him for something else (that much I don't know).

But the original point I made is case law does point out that it is illegal to have a device capible of shooting a projectile if you are legally unable to own a firearm.

Broadheads are the prototypical arrowhead, the one that sort of looks like a knife on a stick. They kill by blood loss, so shot placement is key.

Whatever you decide on, don't skimp on the arrow shafts themselves. You don't have to buy the most expensive, but do buy the recommended type in a decent quality. The recommended type will depend on your weapon and what you're doing with it. Contacting a local archery club can be worth your time as a novice.

I'm not leaving a record for anyone in particular. I've been keeping journals for a while, primarily just to look back on who I was long ago and to reflect. I can do so through memory just fine but I find the act of writing to be therapeutic so I keep a journal. Who knows maybe I'll want to write a book one day. The act of articulating things with a pen is a skill people cultivate so if I continuously practice this skill even if I have nothing "important" to say I will eventually get better at accurately relating ideas through writing.
