Hello friends, I just shot my Surefire Socom suppressor for the first time. I let the can sit overnight on the barrel, and when I took it off the muzzle was caked in this brown shit. At first I thought it was rust, but after scraping it's only coming off as black. It has left a brown like residue on the muzzle itself along with a brown residue within the baffles as well. Probing the baffle with a brass scraper only yields pure black carbon and no brown rust like color, which leads me to ask: Could this possibly be maybe factory oil or grease that caused this stain or could it really be rust? 2nd picture will show baffle.

Get a bigass stick and some really tiny fuckin hooks, like literally 1/0 circle hooks, and just put cut up pieces of shrimp on em. Then when you get to the piers use a stick to knock all the barnacles and shit off the pilings because it'll chum them all right up to the top and hopefully get em into a bit of a frenzy

I don't give a shit. I zeroed my iron sights and shitty red dot. It stays on target within a 4 inch grouping at 75 yards.

The $20 light I put on it fills a rooms and then some and has not failed despite abuse.

This is my budget rifle. There are many fucking like it but this one is mine and I love it. I don't need to shower my weapon in $3,000 of useless glimmer to make me feel adequate about my firearm selection.

wew i shot about that much but after rushing working that fatigued my arms, then sprinting back to house and grab rifle and shit then sprinting back to set up target, sprinting back to shooting position at ~70yds and plop down to prone then rushed to shoot 10rds and sprint to target to replace it sprint back again rushed 5 shots sprinted back to change target and sprint back shoot last 10rds and I print around that size grouping consistently after being fatigued and panting with fucking ironies sights.

308 ARs are trickier beasts to dial in to sub moa. If you want cheap and reasonably (2moa or better) accurate, get some low cost DPMS pattern AR. You can find them under $1000 if you look around for sales.

If you want sub moa, you go for a KAC pattern rifle. You get the matched set if your building, you get a decent barrel, you even check headspacing. Check your reciever mfg compatibility page
