Acetone peroxide is easy to make and you can rig your cellphone to be the trigger. Probably cost you $100 and take a day or two to put together.

from what i understand, if you want to go full illegal and go Oklahoma Bombing, ANFO is basically just artificial manure and Diesel fuel mixed together in a 19 to 1 ratio but you need a somewhat large explosive detonator.
On the other hand you can legally make Tannerite with ingredients from Amazon.
