To killflash ?....

Also, post your optics.

Damn that thing looks like a 3 Musketeers bar.
I don't know why the pics upload upside down and shit
>>33477698
Huh?
Looks neat with it on. But be aware it's only ever going to be dead weight.
I'm looking at buying an rfb in a few years and wanna get a good red dot setup for it.
What are some good models that can stand up to being on a 308?
>>33478711
Get a variable.

ARD sucks in the real world. In the rain it's completely useless.
>>33479125
What ranges do you shoot at where they don't cancel matches when it rains?
good optic for an AR-10 ~500 yards?
>>33479136
Why would somebody who only shoots at paper use an ARD?
>>33477664
Chin weld anyone?
>>33479154
cause it looks cool and costs chump change, so why not?
>>33479194
When somebody talks about using it in the rain, why do you instantly assume shooting match? consider an ARD's actual purpose for a second, senpai.

NF 2.5-10

the fuck do i care about rain? he asked about only shooting at paper
>>33479227
>I can't into reply chains
>>33479243
get over yourself nerd, any civilian who buys a gun is doing so to shoot primarily at paper. However that person decides to gussy it up with optics or ARD's who gives a shit what their reason is other than they obviously think it looks cool.
YOU'RE NOT GOING TO WAR FAGGOT.

Absolute nigger tier
>>33477664
If I was actually an operator or some shit and my life was on the line I would not use optics with illuminated reticles without a kill flash. I have set one of my rifles out in the yard at dark with the illumination turned on and if you look at it at the right angle its like a big fucking bullseye...I don't really know how much a kill flash would help with that though..probably wouldn't hurt.

Serious question about the killflash debate. I'm setting up an AR-15 for coyote hunting in the fall. The hunts will primarily take place in the early mornings or evenings. Will a killflash actually be a useful tool or do coyotes not notice shit like that.
It's for a primary arms 2.5 accs scope if you're wondering
>>33484068
I don't really think animals would pay any more notice to something like that than they would moonlight reflecting off water. At least with my scope you have to be at just the right angle to really notice it...and I am only doing this from about 30 feet away...it very well may be completely un-noticable at a 100+ yards.

Thanks for the advice. I'm primarily hunting in AZ south of phoenix, so visibility goes pretty far.
