Double points if it's a Mosin.

Rifling gone, pitted, no finish, rusted, JB weld on the outside of the barrel.

This thread will fail with those stringent requirements on /k/.
But I'll try to keep it going.
>beat to absolute shit in the war
>shrapnel damage in 3+ locations on bolt side, pretty sure someone died holding it which is why I got it
>doesn't shoot straight, accurate enough, but not a "straight" shooter and requires me to line up sights and use the start of the sight leaf on the left as the point of impact
>cannot adjust front sight quite far enough so I just centered it and figured out a new way to aim
>getting a tad expensive to shoot nowdays
I still love it though, a cool piece of history for sure.

No picture, but my worst is a HR 622. Little 6 shot .22 revolver. It's only a bad gun because it's broke. SA doesn't work at all (Hammer only cocks if you mess with it for a while), and DA only works if you jerk the trigger quickly when you get to the breaking point of the sear. Which means I'm lucky to hit the side of a barn from inside said barn.

I paid 60 bucks for it, I'll take it to a buy back if my city does one again.

You must be a leaf. Unless Amerifats got a few of the millions of Cooeys we pumped out?

I find it unbelievable that people are asking $150 plus for any of their .22s or shotguns these days. They're good value but so prolific I feel they should be cheaper.

Before this $80 purchase, I would have said that there was no gun, however horrible, that was completely without merit. Even the Nambu had it's good points. Not this thing, however. It is utterly and completely without any redeeming quality whatsoever.

"Surely," thought I, "Surely, the design is fundamentally sound..."

No. No it is not.

"Surely," I continued, "Surely, it would just be in want of some hand fitting, some polishing, some minor tweaks, then it could be good!"

No, no it cannot.

"Surely... surely.."

No.

This gun is one thing and one thing only: $80 bucks I want back.

Kek, I had a Jennings J22 years ago. in came in the same box, but the grips were different. It shot everything I put in it, and was fairly accurate up to about 25 feet. I actually traded it for an old model Ruger Bearcat that was 99% in the box with papers. I still have the Bearcat, and it's worth around $500 now.

Trade of the motherfucking decade.

You know you got lucky, getting one that actually would cycle, right? And that your luck was doomed to be short-lived because the zinc Hot Wheels metal the slide was made out of would have eventually bashed itself to uselessness against the steel of the barrel, right?

I shit you not, the first time I put a cartridge into battery, the fucking thing UD'd on me. I have never had a more immediate and clear demonstration of why we all train ourselves over and over, every time, no matter what, to have good muzzle discipline.

The bullet went downrange into the backstop.

My $100 Turkish M98/37. The action was super-loose in the stock so I had to shim the shit out of it to tighten it up, but meanwhile I got to horsing around with it one night and accidentally the stock through the wrist and while trying to fix that it fell off the bench and accidentally the trigger and then it sat in pieces for three years until I finally fixed the stock but it still needs a new trigger.
>>
>>33472241
>Trade of the motherfucking decade.

It was. It was actually a friend who insisted on the trade, even after I warned him he was getting screwed. I felt bad enough to buy him a case of beer, but I prolly drank as much of it as he did.

The zamac receivers are shit, of course, but I actually had pretty good luck with the Jennings and a .25acp Raven I got around the same time. I had a stock pile of .25 from another more complicated trade, and didn't have anything to fire it, and bought the Raven for $35 off a guy at a gunshow who was trying to sell it or trade it to a dealer. I probably ran 500+ rounds through it, no misfires that I remember.

It was part of a trade for something else when .25acp started getting pricey.

Those were the shittiest guns I ever owned, but they both worked pretty well for what they were.

Right now, it's this old Mossberg .410 shotgun i got for free from my friend's Grandma for helping her move stuff. The stock was poorly sawn off and the trigger guard is missing for some reason as well. Also the firing pin spring was shit and would lightstrike primers so it wouldn't even fire.

It has a new spring in it so it can fire and i'm just waiting for the stock i ordered so i can get her looking good again. Took fuckin' months to find a stock for this old thing that A: looked good, and B: was decently priced.

Posting a Cajun Gunworks stock photo makes it kind of clear that you don't actually own a CZ.

I'm out of town right now, but I have a Magtech 7022(I think is the model number) - this is the precursor to the Mossberg Plinkster, and let me tell you this fucking little piece of shit is a god dam tack driver. I leave it behind back door with subsonic rounds and shoot any asshole critters: squirrels, chipmunks and skunks, when they come along. Have never missed- especially the chipmunks.

I have not cleaned it in nearly ten years. But I probably should as it doesn't not cycle on subsonic rounds. One day maybe.

>look mom, I posted it again!

I don't shoot either often, and one of them was all my father left to me in this world. The other I bought for quarters on in the dollar from a guy shedding his armory to panic-buy ARs.

That said, neither one has ever failed when I have used them. I sometimes use the Yugo as a brush-gun for deer and hogs.

I prefer my AR or my bolt guns for most things I can do with an SKS, but like I said, both have been reliable and accurate beyond a reasonable standard.

One of them does look like ass.
