What civilian legal firearms from the 20th century would you like to see come back?

Affordable milsurp
>>33470307
Pre-1986 automatic firearms.
"Pocket" style pistols with fewer features and more appreciable styles, generally in smaller calibers. The Wonder Nines killed them off and now everyone's obsessed with mallninja tacticoolery, but with the rising popularity of Maks and small .380s I could see them making a return.
Colt 1903s and Walthers for everyone!
>>33470307
A reasonably priced Colt 1911 styled after WW2 models.
Rollmarks and everything.
>>33470307
h&k mk7
>>33470419
Auto ordinance 1911. Can be found for $495. Got mine for $395 from buds as a "factory blemish"
>>33470419
Only markings aside from "model 1911A1 U.S. Army" on the other side of the slide. And the slides dark enough that it's actually hard to pick up in pictures or even in person.

I would like to see foreign imports of all weapons, including Title II.

This
I want a modernized HSc, PPK, Mauser 1913, etc.
They're perfectly sized for CC and with modern .32 ACP self defense ammo it's actually a viable cartridge now (or at least more so than it already was)
Also, the toggle action.
Not the Luger, but a simplified version of it.
What with all the CNC machines we've got nowadays, I'd think it would be fairly cheap to get them pumped out of a factory with a polymer frame taking Glock mags or something, and given an interrupted thread barrel with a lock you could sell them with quick conversion kits for all kinds of calibers and (while the factory one back in the day didn't do too well) a suppressor kit and all the springs to go with it.
Also, Pedersen style rifles. I just want toggle actions on shit, they're so much fun to shoot.
And can I have an ammo manhfacturer that doesn't try to be all cheesy when they make "military style" Ammo and boxes?
RAS is currently the best as far as packaging goes. But I feels like if done right people's buy the fuck out of mini cardboard spam cans.
Taking a break to think of more.
>>33476718
Okay, back with more.
I'd want to takw the concept of break action revolver (not necessarily just top break) and roll with it again.
The R1 done right by a company that isn't Remington.
The FAL reworked into a more accurate gun (so, probably a semi auto C2A1 style rifle, preferably keeping the hand guard/bipod design, just modern production)
It would be fun as fuck to hunt and target shoot with.
Target pistols like the Diekmann brought to the light of day/sales counter.
Does EVERY .22 target pistol have to be boring?
No. No they don't. And a bullpup .22 target pistol is evidence of that.
I'd also like to see more pistols at least put forth an effort to not just copy paste JMBs tilting barrel mechanism, or at least ADS something for petes' sake.
And if the HPA passes, tons more shit that never got past experimental stages because of price versus demand.
A good number of older actions seem like they'd suppress very well (like a 9mm Luger Frommer Stop rigged to a suppressor)
>>33470307
Can we count the Schnellfeuer on that list, since it started production in the 30's? Because I'd love to have a c96 with select fire, a stock-holster, and detachable magazines, plus some modern additions to make it more marketable.
>>33470307
All of them.

Sure let's just change the lockup to a rotating bolt design to deal with the accuracy issues.
Then we'll make the receiver out of newer materials so it's not heavy as shit.
Get rid of that dust cover so we can actually mount optics on it.
And make the charging handle reciprocate so a weak return spring doesn't fuck you over.
We can even use the same mags!
>>33470386
same, ive been looking for a modern equivalent to the colt 1903 after I shot one. Its literally the perfect kind of ccw in terms of size
best I can do is either a makarov or a kahr CT .380
im mean for fucks sake look at some of these, the sig p238 is like a fucking matchbox car
>>33477420
>change the lockup to rotating
>implying a tilting bolt design can't be accurized
The main problem was barrel harmonics.
HBAR FALs were reportedly quite accurate if treated well and not beaten to shit.
In all reality I simply wanted L2A1/C2A1s on the Civillian market as competition rifles instead of LMGs.
And you can mount optics to it; just replace the cust cover with a railed one.
The reason I want one is because it would require minimal redesign and DSA could easily tool up for it, and I would assume it would still be several hundred bucks cheaper than a SCAR.
Not that I don't want one but it just feels sexier.

How could the WA2000 be not legal for civilian ownership ?
>>33470307
All the NFA items. More specifically .410 smooth bore pistols.
Matchlock or wheellock firearms.
>>33470307
Manufactured "sawed-off" style double barrels in the same vein as Serbu Super Shorties and that one Mossberg thing
Not a gun, but a return of popularity for 25 acp
Good looking Walther pistols

Only acceptable answer.
I want to be able to get a spam can of 7n6 for a blowjob.
The return of full retard would also be nice.
