This last Christmas I got an Aimpoint CompM4 and 3x-1 Magnifier for $650 total. The dude sent me a pitiful text shortly afterward asking if I'd give him his shit back for the money, but I told him nah. Bought a Benelli M2 with upgrades a couple weeks ago for $800.

I like the SKS, though, bubba stock or not it's a Type 56 with all matching parts and it works just fine. For some reason, dragunov stock SKSes magically seem to materialize a broken or useless scope, as if to teach their users to rely on iron sights.
