I'm surprised there are positive ratings at all. I figured the only people who would feel the need to "review" a police department were people who were upset with them.

Deputies around here are chill as long as you aren't a total asshole. I got pulled over going to work for not wearing a seatbelt, told the officer I was carrying a pistol. He said, "Alright, well leave it where it is and I'll leave mine alone too," wrote me the ticket and said have a nice day. Literally the only ticket I've ever gotten, every other time I've been pulled over was a warning.
