why not go to their website and send them a resume ?
internet search even wiki has a list

by having a friend who works for one
or being a literal operator and letting them find you

Pretty much what he said. Like any other job. Write a good resume.
Also helps to know someone that works at where you are looking to get on.
Worked as an expat doing force protection in eastern Europe for a year '03-'04. It was OK. Half as much pay s the sandbox/rockpile but zero need to shoot at anyone or get shot at.
Suck 100 dicks to show your loyalty to the cause
You have to be special forces tier to get hired because they can afford to be selective. Or have a friend/relative already in one.

Not if you just want to stand around doing fixed security, it just won't pay near as well.

I had a friend who was a cop who worked for a PMC, usually they don't require special forces for security work

Knowing people in the business helps too
I was a k9 handler, explosives detection. I get offers once or twice a month and have a few friends that want me to join their companies. I'm at 100% va, ssdi, crsc so I don't have to work anymore though.
The only other I'm demand career fields are special operations related guys.
You should have joined a career field that people need. Infantry, engineers, artillery etc aren't even looked at by private contractors.

I thought any kind of .mil experience was fine for basic work standing guard in shitholes
Not many PMCs do actual high speed shit anymore it's mostly logistics now
