What is /k/'s top choices for loaner guns?
I'm an instructor and figure I should have at least one centerfire pistol to loan out to students (5 or less per class, mostly private lessons). Looking for striker-fired suggestions, as I already have DA/SA covered. Preferably something with smaller grips to make it easier for those with babby hands
My top ideas (Including Mil discounts, and mag prices) were the Canik TP9SF, Ruger sr9, S&W SD9VE and M&P.

10/22s and mkiiis or a glock
seriously just get a glock and let them treat it like shit especially since you can get blue label prices
glock 19 gen4. They will hold their value and meet all your requirements.

Hi-Point. Seriously, you can get 2 or more. Excellent warranty. Hard for them to screw them up honestly as it has a break down pin.

The only reason why I was looking at things other than Glock is I've had a few people who have trouble getting a solid grip due to the square shape. I know the Rugers have pretty narrow grips, as well as the Canik series. Thought that might help out with women and manlets.
But I agree that Glocks are the shit for keeping value and taking abuse. Plus cheap mags and huge aftermarket.

Actually have one of those, and have used the warranty service on them. The company is super easy to work with. Looking for a step up though. The Hi Point serves a purpose, but doesn't quite stand up to the guns in the next price range or two.

Glock. The biggest reason is that replacement parts are extremely easy to find. Which is a huge plus for a high round count loaner gun.

CZ for better ergonomics, cheap too

Had a P-07 for a long time, great gun. Probably my favorite DA/SA guns. Haven't had my hands on the P-10 yet though, or seen one in person either.
just buy a Glawk

I bought a TP9SF a few weeks ago, grip feels nice and hands down the best factory striker fired trigger I've ever felt. pretty good sights and fairly cheap mags. It's hard to beat that price point also, would definitely recommend

>Canik TP9SF
Best price on a great shooting plastic 9.
If you're teaching nogun noobs, I wouldn't offer a Glock-- they're odd and funky to hold and most people who learn on a Glock can't ever shoot anything else.

Glock. They're cheap, effective, and chances are your students will end up using one anyway.
