Being a crewman in a IFV is bretty comfy.

>Waterboiler to make coffe or cook food
>Dismounts always sleep in tent so plenty of room to stretch out and sleep in the back
>Don't have to dig foxholes since you're armored
>Can chill while dismounts do all the boring shit like dig latrines and pull guard duty

Honestly the only downside is the maintenance work, but even then the only thing that actually sucks is cranking track.
