What are the actual weight differences between various barrel contours? Does anyone have a link or info graphic. I'd like to see the difference in eight between pencil barrels, government profile, and heavy barrels. 20" is what I'm mainly interested in but if it has other lengths that's cool too.

300 should be fine, it'll depend a bit on your own personal preference though. I can perfectly tolerate my Zenitka-2 at 500 lumens inside after waking up but my TLR makes me squint a bit, but some people will tell you it's absolutely blinding

I bought this 20 rounder a long time ago. I don't remember where I got it, but it might have been at Fort Campbell in TN where I lived nearby. It's marked "AR-15" and ".223", which made me wonder if it was actually issued to troops or if it's just some tourist trap kinda thing.

It can be, depending on how you use it. If you take it everyday as prescribed you'll get tired of it pretty quickly, because that rush of energy and motivation quickly goes away.
