Well, the whole idea of the rifle/carbine & pistol is having a main and a conceal or backup. Many carbines use the same mags as your backup if you choose them correctly.

Why have a sub 2000 or 995? Well, stability & better aim. The idea is if you have a failure you can fall back on your pistol. If you only have a pistol in a plastic can and you have a failure then you are in some deep shit.

Why not get a Mech Tech upper for your glock? It actually adds barrel length as well as rail space.

I ordered a roni chassis 2 months ago for 150, still don't have it, CAA said back ordered no word on when factory will start making again i got the stabilized version if it matters, if you need a cheap CQB gun its alright, sometimes you can get them for 200-300 with stocked version, that makes a 600 sbr pistol caliber carbine the one for 500 is the"kit" i believe which just comes with a 1 point sling and flashlight/flip up sights
