is it legal to open carry on a city bus. i had a bus driver tell me to get off the bus cause you cant have a gun on the bus. then he puts the bus and park and wont move it. so i had to walk to work.

I'm just going to assume you're from NYC and remind you that OC is illegal. And that your possession of a handgun is also illegal, because anyone well connected enough to get a NYC permit wouldn't know better than to not give a location.

I believe it's the same in Oregon here, there's even a sign that says "Trimet recognizes civil rights." This obviously means that they understand some citizens carry guns, open or cc.

If you legally want to open carry you have to declare your gun.
Best way to do this is to hold it above you head, wave it around, and yell "I've got a gun!"
