Krausewerk is good stuff. I'll be going there on Tuesday or Wednesday to pick up some more 7mm Mauser rounds. Speaking of Chabot Gun Club, Elite Armory in Castro Valley bought out all their CMP guns when they closed, including a bunch of Garands they've got for sale. Setterarms in Walnut Creek has some interesting milsurps too, including a sporterized Arisaka that he's selling for $200. I've thought of buying it but I'm not sure whether un-sporterizing it would be worth the money as opposed to buying one that was in original condition. There's more gun culture around the bay area than you'd think - you just have to look hard.
