Fair enough. I mean robbing banks these days is dumb as hell since most banks keep less than $100,000 on hand, and most of that is in the vault (with vault robberies becoming very rare). I assumed we were talking 7 figure heists, so in that case it makes sense to GTFO the country immediately. Bank robbers today are mostly plebs who just go for teller drawers. There's more money to be made in running a ransomware scheme or other computer crime anyway

I just want some bank robbery go wrong with police and swat surrounding the bank. If enough publicity maybe get a movie.

He could have robbed the bank with a squirtgun for all the teller would have cared. Hell you can rob a bank with a note. They'll give you the money all the same. Tellers are told not to resist in any way with a robbery. The money is insured, it's not worth dying over. He'd better pray he doesn't get caught though. They'll tack on every charge they can think of to try to get him a life sentence.
