This is actually partially true. The engine output is limited by the governor, in order to preserve life. In an all-out war, where vehicle life is measured in days not years, that matters a whole lot less. So you can tune down the govenor. IIRC the AGT-1500 can easily put out 1800 HP with little ill effects and the transmission can handle that.

Straight from the factory there can be some rough cuts in the chamber and/or rifling that results in microscopic steelshards along the barrel length. It depends on the revolver itself. I don't on SAA style revolvers because the hammer just whacks into the frame. But newer revolvers with the firing pin separate from the channel are perfectly ok. But always ask first if it's not your gun. Also never spin the cylinder and snap it back in
