Perfectly sturdy enough to handle .303 British. You'd have to start worrying about the rifling wearing out before bothering to worry about headspacing. No, a Lee bolt can't be safely rechambered to something like 7mm Remington Magnum or .300 Winchester Magnum, but for .303 or even .308 it's perfectly fine.
