Can you get a DW for $1K?

DWs are pretty nice. Been really pleased with my recent Colts though

I'm opposite though. My head says DW and my heart and eyes say Colt. Angled serrations hurt my eyes.

What models you looking at?

Part of me is interested in getting something more than my classic a2 handle grip AR and also delving into custom shit on that. So money saved in one could go towards the other

Don't believe the hype and myths. Colt is putting out some of their best 1911s right now.

But against a DW it's a coin toss. I love my series 70 Level II, but if I were buying today I would likely go for the DW A2. That DW A2 is pretty damn nice looking.
