I did have a fucktard once shooting my target while aiming at his on a 600 yard range when I was trying to evaluate that mk12 clone. Dude couldn't figure out where his shots were going and finally after about 12 rounds I got on the spotting scope and informed him he is retarded and shooting about 12 feet right of his POA. So I've done some work on my AR and ended up switching uppers. Now I have a PSA upper that I don't really want or need. If I list it online, I don't mind shipping it, but is there anything special I need to know when mailing it? I know legally it's not a gun, but I don't know that every USPS employee understands that the upper receiver isn't a gun at all, and might send the cops to arrest me or something. Is that a legitimate fear or is it not something to worry about?
