How would I go about widening the nozzle? and would I be able to actually fire it any reasonable distance that way? The worry I have is that pushing it through that small an aperture will result in it getting mashed into a pasty chunks rather than retaining it's slimy liquid texture

Honestly, why not a pneumatic Potato gun?

Sure it would be more of a cum blunderbuss, but if you made it with a larger (4"+) barrel, you could probably launch at least a gallon of the stuff in one go, plus the recoil should be pretty satisfying.

Barring that there are some designs for simple pneumatic pvc water guns that could be adapted to use 1/2" or 1/4" pipe, they just use a pressurized canister to store the liquid, all you have to do is hold the thing upright so that the air goes to the top, and then you add a nozzle and ball valve to control the flow.

Just use one of those piston squirt guns.

Having read the recipes you posted, I believe 20ft is much to far of a distance. 10-12ft is much more reasonable for those types of mixtures.
Over 15ft you would be better making cum filled paintballs.

That actually gives me an idea, what if I were to create some kind of degradable capsule thing? Wouldn't work well with any heating elements, but if I can figure out how to make something thin enough to pop from the wind pressure I could probably make jizz pellets for an airsoft gun

Yeah, that seems pretty close to what I was thinking. I do like the plunger idea, that lets it shoot in one good spurt AND seems pretty easy to set up.

I'll try to work a real design off this one, I'm thinking a small chamber for juice to flow into is a good starting point but I need to figure out how to make it not just fire the pressure back into the bottle.

I've made OP's recipe #01 before as part of a book-binding thing. It doesn't really have the look and feel of cum, more of a nondescript white paste. In terms of consistency, I'd put it somewhere between cum and elmer's glue.

Update from out of thread, friend has provided me with some thoughts:

but no, that's not QUITE what I want, that's just to keep the spoo from leaking before the pressure triggers.

Like, the trigger controls the pressure of chamber one, which then flows into chamber three, and ejects the payload through the "burst disk"

And I do plan on testing it with a soaker just to see, but I tried sticking some really low-quality slime toy into a soaker as a kid and it didn't go great, so I'm basing my assumptions off that.

Op, something like this is apt to be your best bet, assume most of the non tank components are 1/2 inch pvc and the tank is whatever size you want it to be.

To fill the thing, you pour the liquid in through the nozzle past the ball valve when it's open, once it's filled, you use a bike pump to pressurize the chamber to 40-60psi, as long as the device is held upright, the air should push the liquid out without any bypass.
