Wrong shape for the standard ww2 model.

More of the shape of the ww1 stahlhelm, however it is missing the pronounced side lugs for the drop down front plate.

However there is a mark where you can see lugs. These were reduced but still somewhat present in the interwar versions or alternatively it's a ww1 era and the lugs have just really worn down.
Also doesn't have quite the exact shape of a ww1 era one.
I'm not 100% sure but I reckon it's interwar era
