Ok here is what you do.
If you can't find a Pre-1986 CIWS at your local gun show you'll probably have to buy a parts kit from APEX.
The complete receiver drawings are spread across 10 gun forum websites and there is a few tutorials for welding it together.
You'll need to google "CIWS Semi-Auto" until you find Jim Bob's tutorial for how he modified his kit to use an AR-15 trigger.
Remember you can't sell your assembled CIWS or bring it out of state.
