I've been thinking of getting a conceal carry gun lately and I'm really digging the all metal frame of the Walther PPK. but I was wondering if the cheaper Bersa Thunder was worth it? it seems like half the money for basically an identical gun, albeit with cheaper fit and finish.
what are your thoughts /k/?

The Bersa has a much nicer grip and a better trigger.
The PPK really hasn't aged gracefully.

Glock 26 or you're wrong.
I have a ppk, it blows loads. Stove pipes and FTF like crazy. New mags didn't help. But I've heard nice things about the Thunder even though I mentally lump it into other meme guns.
I carry a thunder. Very good gun for the money. Paid like 280 bucks for it.

how much better Is the trigger? that could make or break it for me honestly.

as strange as it might be I'm not a huge glock fan, for no particular reason either. just couldn't see myself owning one even though I think they are great guns.

I've been burned by cheap guns before, that's mainly why I hesitate, I bought a shit turkish 1911 that wasn't even worth wiping my ass with.

Consider Steyr

Bersa Thunders are crap that will break easily.
If you want a pocket gun, get an LCP or a Sig P238.
IWB, Glock 19, M&P Shield, or a CZ P01.

>how much better Is the trigger?
not that guy but i was also looking at a PPK and a Cheetah and I liked the thunder's trigger much better, definitely didn't feel like a $300 gun

Also yes, the thunder is a great, great gun

Not everyone likes quasi-DAO triggers.

i cc a bersa thunder 380cc daily
it's great
I like it, it shoots well, no failures to feed/eject. No issues with fit or finish.
Everyone I've let shoot it has said they were surprised by it.
4chan hates it because hue and memes, but keep in mind nobody on /k/ actually owns guns
