Hey /k/ how'd I do? I got pic related for $100 at the gun show.

>100 dollars for a Garand
Either that's bullshit or it's stolen.
I am fucking retarded, I mean $1000.
>>33350103

>>33350103
I'm assuming that the $100 was for those 3 clips, right?
>>33350103
Bullshit
>>33350165
what year is it?
i got my 1955 HRA Garand for $950 a few years ago
>>33350103
Not bad. That's on the lower end for Garands these days.
I traded my M39 for this.
>>33350330
1952 Springfield Armory
>>33350420
thats about right on price
Got a sporterized Australian SMLE for $200 and a TOZ-17-01 for $50. Anyone know where I can get a lower handguard for the enfield? Everywhere is sold out.

Check eBay from time to time but be prepared to pay out the ass
>>33350103
paid too much unless it is a sniper or special grade.
though i'm betting it is a rack/field/restored drill rifle.
>>33350385
Those sights are so very sexy.

Numrich sometimes will have stocks or full stock assemblies, keyword is sometimes.
Got some Israeli surplus 8mm along with a Ross rifle bayonet to go with the Ross i'm in the process of buying.
Is this a general gun show thread? I'm going to my first gun show tomorrow. Will I be able to find some .458 win mag ammo? None of the gunstores in my area carry it, and they can't order it at reasonable prices.
>>33352954
Post garand
>>33355493
You never know with shows. Sometimes its a bunch of tacticool tables and random prepper bullshit, sometimes its a bunch of fudds with old ass ammo and surplus rifles. The one I went to last weekend had all sorts of fudd guns and a huge ammo stand with a ton of obscure rounds, everything from 6.5 jap to .30 newton. They had it all. Picked up some Yugoslavian made .303 empire builder to go along with my new bubba'd enfield. I don't even plan to shoot it, I just think Yugo imported ammo still in the box is pretty cool.

Sounds like a fun time

Liberty tree collectors
>>33350103
paid 825 for a 1942 Springfield about 4 years, good find OP, enjoy it.. they are fantastic rifles. FYI dont use commercial ammo unless it specifically says M1 Garand on the box
>>33352351
>TOZ-17-01 for $50
$50 guns? Shit, I might even buy one just for fun.
>>33355812
Granted she is pretty rusted, but all her parts are there. Hell, $50 isn't much these days. Especially for a functioning firearm.
