As far as if it's worth it or not I'd say absolutely; so long as it's a collection piece and not a practical choice. I love mine, and do shoot them fairly often. But for practical choices there are far better options.

Semi-auto worked fine on mine but the pump was such a pain in the ass. They are absolutely not worth the money if you're planning on actually shooting with it.

They do not, I tried to do the same on mine when I first got it for shits and giggles. Even if you could, the locking mechanism that latches the butt-stock into the folded position is in the way.

If it has the hook too, it's a great price. Without the hook, it's a decent price but either way you might want to double check the internals like >>33354122 said. Things like the recoil buffer tend to fail over time due to the material.
