Is it worth it /k/?
As a collector's piece, maybe. They're a PITA to get working correctly and if you want a reliable semi auto shotgun, you're better served with something like a 1301 Tactical
For actual use? You're better off with a Benelli M3 Tactical.
For CLEVER GIRL? Do it, fgt.
>>33345695
>PITA
Be careful of the ones that have the lever safeties. There was a recall on them because if you flipped the lever on a live round it could go off.
Try it out on your brainstem, you gay retard
>>33345878
Not could, *would*.
As far as if it's worth it or not I'd say absolutely; so long as it's a collection piece and not a practical choice. I love mine, and do shoot them fairly often. But for practical choices there are far better options.
>>33345878
>Safety makes the gun fire
Italian quality!
>Is it worth it /k/?
Let's just say... It'd make my day to own one.
>>33346108
Don't shoot much skeet do ya lol...
>>33345695
only for raptors
>>33346157
Don't see what me jacking off has to do with a shitty shotgun.
>>33346178
The defense rests.
Stay free, and keep regurgitating shit you read from niggas who don't own guns either kek
>>33346182
fucking savage
>>33345695
It's rad as fuck, but from a practical standpoint it's not very good.
Buy it if you want a badass piece of action movie and videogame history, just a cool as hell showpiece or trophy.
But if you want a really practical and good shotgun then look at a Benelli.

BTFO
>>33345695
The bad
>expensive
>kind of heavy
>no parts
>weird controls
>finnicky semi-auto
>dangerous lever safety
>general impracticality
Pros
>A E S T H E T I C
>hollywood power
>everyone at the range will suck you off and say "clever girl"
>still a decently working shotgun at the end of the day
If you like the gun and see it as some cool, stylish movie gun, ignore the high speed low drag efficiency fags and do it because you should get what you enjoy. Just know you're not getting one for effectiveness, practicality, or price-efficiency.
>>33345695
I asked this on an exact same thread weeks ago.
Would 12 gauge shells fit through the hole on the folding stock?
>>33347713
Jesus that trigger control on the Peruvian
>>33347713
>awful square ghost ring sights on early models
>metal collapsing stock is not fun to use with buckshot
>stupid wire hook on the butt
Semi-auto worked fine on mine but the pump was such a pain in the ass. They are absolutely not worth the money if you're planning on actually shooting with it.
>>33348320
Its like he went out of his way to get a finger on the trigger
>>33347844
They do not, I tried to do the same on mine when I first got it for shits and giggles. Even if you could, the locking mechanism that latches the butt-stock into the folded position is in the way.
For collection purposes and a range toy yes, for anything serious absolutely not
>>33345695
God I just love the look of this gun.
>>33345695
There's one in a pawnshop next to me for $1,200. Is that a good price? Has folding stock like OP
>>33353087
thats suspiciously low, id buy it, might have to take it to a smith to get it running again.
>>33353087
If it has the hook too, it's a great price. Without the hook, it's a decent price but either way you might want to double check the internals like >>33354122 said. Things like the recoil buffer tend to fail over time due to the material.
>>33346088
It's not a *WOULD*, it only does that after a specific part of the safety wears down from friction after heavy use over years.
Still super dangerous and bad, but not all do it yet.
>>33348395
Say what you want about that stupid hook, people pay ridiculous amounts of money for it.
>>33355155
You don't need to take it to a smith to replace the recoil buffers.
>>33345695
If you specifically want a SPAS-12 , then get one.
Personally for the price http://www.mossberg.com/product/930-tactical-8-shot-spx-pistol-grip-85370/
But I am an FN Herstal fag so https://fnamerica.com/products/shotguns/fn-slp-tactical/
but all things being said , the Mossberg is great.
*Benelli is also a great shotgun.
>>33346169
more like only for ranges , I wouldn't trust a Saiga shotgun to save my life.
>>33356698
You can get the gasport reamed so it will cycle even birdshot with consistency.
>>33346108
I remember when I didnt own guns either lmao
