op here.
ive been looking for a good deal on an NAA .22lr revolver, the best i can find the ones on buds, the best one at like $206, anyone got any better deals theyve seen i checked a bunch of sights and came right back to buds.
i would be ok with this but id really like to get the one that comes with the .22mag conversion but my play money wont allow that for a little while....
lel
>>33344205
I have one of these, got it at a pawn shop for 90ish
>>33344344
dats neat mang
>>33344224
They suck and carrying a .22 is a retarded idea.
My friend bought one and you couldnt cycle the cylinder because the brass on the rim got deformed by the hammer.
>>33344645
I have one, functions flawlessly, plays a good role as a deep carry/absolute last resort gun. Its smaller than a 10 round glock mag and smaller than some of the retardedly big knives some of ya'll carry. Obviously some people would rather carry an extra mag but options are always nice
>>33344709
Its going to be impossible to use under stress. .22lr will not incapacitate a threat. They will murder you while they are bleeding out
>>33344645
>>33344709
>>33344777
who the hell said i was going to carry this thing?
i have two dedicated carry guns, this is a toy. hence my use of "play money". i dont need it, its just for fun.
>>33344739
i just did a reverse image search to see how much those are.
that gun is around 1k and in .357 mag. holy shit.
>>33344777
also nice trips.
if i did carry one it would be for shooting like idk snakes? im sure it would be good for snakes.
there is an anon here who carried the 22mag version and he killed a coyote with it. since 22 mag is incredibly similar to 5.7 i guess thats legit.
but no this is not a carry gun, its just for fun.
While .22, .25, and.32 have fallen out of favor as a self defense round, 60-70 years ago, the .25 and .32 were actually issued as military weapons.
I live in the central mountains of Arizona, in the middle of nowhere, and although I keep a shotgun handy, I have a .25 Beretta Jetfire in my pocket anytime I go outside after dark.
Just the noise and muzzle flash have chased off a small black bear, a cougar, coyotes, and herds of javelina. The only thing it didn't chase off was a pack of coydogs, and my second and third shots dropped two; head shots at about 20 feet (in the dark, moving targets) using Winchester pellet nose.
While my go-to handgun is a 1911, it's not something you'd strap on to get something out in your truck you forgot.
Pocket guns, "mouse guns," or small caliber easy carry pieces are largely a forgotten market segment, but I'd rather have a .22 or a .25 in my pocket than have my legs shredded by coydogs while trying to run for my shotgun.
>>33344777
>.22lr will not incapacitate a threat
It will if you screw the gun in their ear before firing.
Seecamp
>>33345630
1990's Guns and Ammo shilled these endlessly. MUH SILVERTIPZ. I've never had a chance to fire one.
>>33344709
does the gas escaping burn you hands when you shoot
LoL
>>33344777
Yes it will. Easily.
>>33345726
That looks like a piece of shit.
>>33345747
That would be good for vermin if you live inna suburbs.
>>33345758
You prefer the turquoise model instead?
I wonder how much recoil this 45-70 has
>>33345805
Shove it up your asshole
>>33345812
Na won't fit as I usually don't shove things up my ass. Maybe you would be better suited faggot
>>33345831
I eat my own dung.
>>33344829
its an oddity, no longer made, and used in a few films by the badguys, therefore its collectable, hence the price
>>33344777
Be in a struggle... guy grabbing your glock, out of battery, pull little .22, aim it between eyes or temple, pull trigger, win.
Sounds good to me.
>>33345831
good comeback, faggot
almost as good as me coming on your mothers back
32 ACP
>>33345884
>>33345888
>almost as good as me coming on your mothers back
If you feel the need to dig the bitch up in the graveyard just so you can bust one on her corpse then go for it. I don't think she's going to care
>>33345935
Nobody cares about your dead mom.
>>33345940
That's good neither do i
>>33345955
Yet here you are crying about her on 4chan
>>33345984
No your mom is
>>33345794
Yes, that looks baller
>>33344739
God that's neat. Need this asap.
My babby
And yes I know, ghetto sheath, but I refuse to carry the original leather one just for aesthetic. German hunting knife circa 1940's, came with an mk2 and two engraved knives from the Philippines. Also, paper and duct tape can last for literally years, I'm surprised at how great it is.
>>33344244
I NEED PICTURES OF THE KOLIBRI
>>33344224
Have it, Thats a good price I think I paid similar $180 or so. Its a novelty gun and its purpose is to be small. The NAA minimag conversion is a significantly larger frame with almost no gain in power when using .22mag due to a short barrel. I would just get a NAA mini .22lr and call it a day.
>>33346522
You win the autism award.
>>33347071
What is autistic about it
>>33344205
I edc my black widow .22 mag at work in my pocket. Going on about 3 years. When I'm off work ir becomes my BUG with a glock 17 riding my hip.

>>33345839
Is that Ted Cruz?
>>33344709
i've got one waiting the ten days right now, has both cylinders, i figure i might carry with hollow point 22mag.
>>33346522

>>33344777
A), the mere presentation of a firearm is usually enough to scare someone off.
B) Sometimes people are liable to drop like a sack of potatoes if shot by any gun because they've got this idea that you're just supposed to fall over when shot (probably from movies)
C) Assuming the previous don't happen, even a being shot with a .22 pistol will HURT! Like seriously, that's like being stabbed by an icepick, shit does NOT feel nice, and now you're bleeding, you've got a bullet in you, are you gonna stick around and wait for this guy to 'icepick' you even more, maybe get in a fight with him and DEFINITELY get more wounds (he might not even have anything worth stealing, or have so little this wasn't worth it) or are you gonna get out of there and try to get medical help? Do you want to die here? This is like stabwounds, they're bad to have, you don't want any more, and if you just wait, they're gonna get a lot worse.
Sure they'll ask questions about how you got shot, but you'd hardly be the first criminal to bullshit through that ("My friend's gun went off when I was cleaning it", or "I heard a loud CRACK when out walking and then a horrible stinging and burning sensation, I think maybe it was a nailgun or maybe a stray airgun shot").
Criminals are all about risk assessment, if he knew you had a gun, he wouldn't even have fucked with you.
D) A tiny gun is better than a rock or sharp stick.
>>33345805
>barely .45ACP terminal ballistics except keyholing and with obscene flash, kick and noise
Toy.
>>33345884
I wouldn't try to put it against his head, skull is tough, poke it in his gut, looks less premeditated too.
Also you'd have fucked up unbelievably if he's grabbed your other gun.
>>33345913
>talks about a hypothetical
>DURR THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN
>>33347243
Don't bother with hollowpoints for SD with a small bullet like that, expansion won't be worth it, instead focus on the hottest, meanest little fucking FMJ or polymer tip you can find, since small guns like these are deficient in penetration, you want the deepest penetration you can get.
>>33344432
thanks, its a tanfoglio guiseppe, chamber in .25acp
>>33344205
Got one in OP pic for hiking.
3 rounds of rat shot for snakes/rodents
2 rounds of LRN to shoot my hiking buddy in case of wolf/bear
>>33345630
>Seecamp
That's a NAA Guardian.
My little buddy. It fits great in a pocket and is so small I can carry at work with 0 stress about some liberal faggot seeing it.
>>33344205
Do .32 caliber handguns count as mouse guns? The .327mag SP101 fascinates me as a carry gun.
Should I get a Jennings for a $100 just for shits and giggles? Also, think I can find a way to make it feed .22short?
>>33348177
How does it shoot? I just like how these look
I have the Black Widow 2''. Chronographed Federal Classic .22mag fmj averaged high 1200fps, low1300fps
>>33349857
Tried. They nose dive into the magazine. It's a fun little range toy though.
>>33349857
Sure.
It won't feed .22 Short, though.
I own two. They're fun to fuck aroudn with at the range. They jam a lot.
>>33349948
>>33350085
Even if I nigger rig the magazine somehow?
>>33350241
Well it's a rimmed cartridge, so the rounds need to be stacked with the rims layered in front of the one below it, but close to each other if not touching. You might get lucky cutting a notch in the back of the follower and putting a square dowel down the spine of the mag essentially craming all the rounds to the front of the mag. But you'd also need to rewind the mag spring so it fits in the shorter open length (x-axis) of magazine.
Not like it's even remotely reliable in factory condition anyway, so you're not risking much if you fuck up. Might be a fun project.
>>33344777
A .22 to the heart saved my neighbor from a crackhead, he didn't have to bleed out to drop dead.
But yeah carrying one is not great. If 32 was more popular and had cheap ammo they would probably do really well right now. Instead you have to dig up something like a Beretta from 1970 for 1 grand.
>>33346962
yea i think thats what ill do, thanks for the input man.
>>33346962
Agreed
>>33344344
What's up tangfolio bro
