Why are tanks still manned?

I mean, I get that a fully-autonomous ground vehicle is a long way off, but why not an RC tank? Throw in an auto-loader for even more automation. You could have the crew be a few miles away in a FOB so latency is low. Crew could even be a lot smaller; only need a gunner and commander. No need for a driver, loader, or radio operator.
