Literally that's all you need. Just radio-wide spectrum jamming and point it at the drone and wait for it to crash. Keep jamming until you can get a few dudes in a car out there to see what the fuck is up.

Though, I'm surprised and not surprised the patriot hit it. I doubt it was a pinpoint thing since Patriot's way overkill and could easily attain a near hit kill by exploding ANYWHERE around it but still. If anything this just proves that the radar's pretty solid especially if this thing was more than a few km's away.
