Yes, I emailed and called. I waited till after their 72hr claim for order processing. Last Friday I got an email back saying they were preparing to ship. Still no indication it actually did ship. When I called I got no answer and left a message. Even being an instant gratification millennial as you say, it seems like a week and a half is a bit long to ship something.

They're known for price baiting and then never filling orders from what I have gathered about them online. Thought about ordering their kit where you get 12 Okay mags and a 12 mag chest rig a while back. Went looking into it and it was nothing but people bitching about ordering it months ago and getting the runaround from customer service until either the people canceled the order or Botach did.
I've seen plenty of stuff I wanted to order from them but I've just avoided them since reading that.

ive ordered twice form botach 1st me was fine ordered a thing got thing 2 weeks later. second time was 1 glock mag and it was a straight up bullshit experience that made me say fuck this site. fuck this site forever i dont care how much cheaper it is at botach.
1 glock 26 mag 18.99 free shipping. waited over a month and nothing showed up. at this point i start emailing them and they say they are on it. 3 weeks later i get what is clearly a used magazine with no real packaging or anything. it was dirty too with gunshot residue like some guy that works there took his own mag and shoved it in a box. email them back saying the wtf it this i want a refund they send me shipping label i get my refund. still almost 2 months of shit .screw botach ill pay 25 bucks a mag at midway to not play fuck fuck games.
