By some stroke of luck I got it all, but there isn't all that much on it. Some of it is interesting to read and does have some practical usage, but most is very limited on content and is rather lackluster. Plus there is so much of it in some categories that it is next to impossible to read it all, learn from it, and be sane in the end.

The Do/k/ument is overrated as fuck. I have the whole thing and most of the material in it is either common sense or just silly shit. The stuff about small unit tactics and the like is interesting, but most of it is incredibly niche/outdated information that will have no practical usage. I think there's actually an article on how to take out 1950s-era tanks with homemade explosives and shit, completely ignoring the fact that anything we would be invaded with today is not going to be that outdated and vulnerable.

I work on the Great Lakes and from like January to March/April our ships are usually laid up. The past two years I've thought about using that time to create a new Do/k/ument from my collection of articles and shit. Something a lot more clean, updated, and practical. But I know the turbo-autists on /k/ would REEEEEEE into oblivion for trying to replace the Do/k/ument.

As an alternative to the Do/k/ument, I've also thought about just putting together a collection of books, magazine articles, military journals etc to read to gain a much more thorough and useful knowledge of the stuff. Like instead of a dozen jumbled 1 to 2 page long articles on small unit tactics, sometimes with contradictory information, I'd recommend like 2 or 3 treatises on small formation tactics, supplemented with case studies of particular engagements like Lt.
