There's a window on her right that's letting her right eye catch sunlight (presumably a blue or gray color) that's letting it seem lighter where the bag's bridge between her eyes blocks the sunlight from illuminating her left eye the same, making it seem darker. Because the bag is bigger than her head, its likely she's tilting her head making it appear as though her eyes are at different levels because of the bag's more-parallel position. You can see that the left side of the bag is taller because that's the direction she's tilting her head.
