Why do you need so many pockets? I generally don't like stuffing shit into the side "cargo" pockets as I can feel them tapping my leg and it's annoying.

Mostly because I've had three surgeries on a knee I dislocated and have a fuckload of nerve damage. What will happen when I finally get that knee replacement I was told I needed at 25years old? I might decide to chop the fucking thing off.

But I digress, the $20 rip-stop cargos are sufficient, durable and lasting. But at the price you can by several for the price of "sweet tacticool cargos"

I'm a contractor and I hate the 5.11 tuxedo more than most of you will ever comprehend, I like outdoorsy clothing, but dead bird is expensive. Blood diamond is my favorite movie and I know "blood diamond pants" became an internet meme, but no one ever identified the pants. If someone can actually figure out what type of pants they are i'll dump an opsec and persec photobomb from my days that'll have the armchair operators jerking off for an entire week.

They are tailored and have two extra half pockets below the cargo pocket. I'm surprised Tactical Tailor or 5.11 never cashed in on it but they were the nascent days of memeology reaching the world at large I suppose.
The important thing is that they are properly fitted to him. That is why they look good. It's just like everyone who happened to look good in uniform, they were that rare person shit actually fit or they had a couple sets tailored so they looked good in garrison.

Did 5.11 ever fix the cut of their pants? I gave up on them sometime around 2010 because every design was impossible to move in and God help your nuts if you had to take a knee. Literally everything else was better.
