My kit's half the size of an IFAK, but in a pouch on my duty belt I carry an Israeli bandage, Z-fold Quik-clot, CAT Tourniquet, Trauma shears, gloves, sharpie, and single-serve Aspirin.
Aspirin is my one big recommendation to anybody who has an IFAK - shit will save your life if you have a heart attack.
Don't use it for pain management if you're bleeding, obviously.

Also, get the two-pad Israeli bandages, so one bandage can do both entry and exit wound.

Super basic kit goes everywhere with me.
