So I bought a knockoff bolt-carrier group that just happens to say PALMETTO STATE ARMORY on it? Ok bud. I only built this bitch in August. I remember very well where her guts came from.

I'm not any PSA fanboy. I bought their shit because I knew they offered it, with full intention of upgrading later on if I felt the need. Jesus christ don't fucking lie to my face about what I bought.

K I am feeling retarded. Apparently my research into this didn't sink in very well.

I got a BCM barrel that's 1:7 twist. This means it should prefer heavier loads, correct?

As a baseline, I should expect better performance from XM855 vs performance with XM193, correct?

If so then I have a problem, because most of my ammunition is split between Lake City XM193 and Czech-made M193

DESU I didn't give it much thought until I read pic related. Per that chart I should stick to 62gr and heavier for best performance, correct?

>buying anything from PSA.
>>
>>33285938
well. theoretically yes but in real life it doesn't work like that. plenty 1/7 barrel best load are with 50 or 55gr.

they will shoot 75/77gr well too but tightest group may not be with those at 100yds.

but 75/77 will drop less farther out.

X series of M series ammo are reject that failed to meet spec so they will always under perform in some department let it be accuracy, velocity, consistent, yadadada

XM855&XM193=rejects
M855&m193=not rejects, more expensive and will perform tad better but not worth it if you want match grade performance buy match grade ammo not mil surplus

Not really, it just means that it will accurately shoot heavier bullets as well as lighter bullets. Making a lighter bullet spin faster won't make it any less accurate.

Also M855 is absolute shit and should be avoided at all costs. Pic related is M193 Wold Gold, a little under 2 MOA and I may have pulled one of those shots.

As nitride barrels catch on in the private sector and the technique improves due to market forces, who can say where it will end up

And the Army is a bunch of ground pounding shitbags who have zero skills in life to even become a half way decent citizen so they go to become "snipers" when in actuality they are just trained to become human targets in the only branch that will take them in.

All that great Army training of shooting guns and fixing tanks and shit will get you so far when you get out that you will struggle to get a decent job and will become a construction laborer in your mid 20's at $10 an hour.

Let's not even start about being overseas and experiencing other countries because the only place Army faggots see is their tent or the sand field while playing GI Joe with a bunch of other like minded pimple faced 18 year old faggots.

"Which will give me a longer barrel life?

Assuming both are 4150 steels and shot semi-auto (even spirited semi auto), we have found both have very similar round counts before we see degradation of accuracy. If firing cyclic full-auto fire through extreme duty cycles, chrome will have an advantage."

Even if you don't like the service life in your nonexistent full retard firearm, qpq provides other benefits over chrome. Don't be such a fanboy.

firstly we are not average filthy shooter we will actually shoot a lot. myself i already have and will shot out more barrels. for anybody thats young they should buy barrel like they will shoot it out for there's real chance that they can if they arent fake ass queer gun owner that arent real shooter. shooting barrel out arent hard say you shoot only 1k per year and by 10 years ????

secondly faxon are selling a inferior longevity nitrided barrels against established competition w CL they have reason to left thing out or say things in way nitrided sound fine-superior.

>>33286316

FAQ
>What is TempleOS?
See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MT7yvaGN0ZU --TempleOS (formerly J Operating System, SparrowOS and LoseThos) is a biblical themed lightweight operating system created over the span of a decade by programmer Terry A. Davis.
>How did TempleOS start?
Development for TempleOS began in 2003 after Davis suffered from a series of manic episodes that left him briefly hospitalized for mental health issues.
Davis is a former atheist who believes that he can "talk with God" and that God told him the operating system he built was God's official temple. According to Davis TempleOS is of 'Divine' intellect due to the inspired nature of the code. According to Davis, God said to create the operating system with 640x480, 16 colors display and a single audio voice. The operating system was coded in a programming language developed by Davis in C/C++ called "HolyC". The OS runs a file system called "Red Sea".
>What can TempleOS do?
TempleOS deliberately has no network support. It runs 8-bit ASCII with graphics in source code and has a 2D and 3D graphics library, which run at 640x480 VGA with 16 colors. The OS contains numerous embedded biblical references including a program called AfterEgypt which allows users to "communicate with God" through an oracle.

a true GUNFIGHTER would never trust a rail merely loctited to their barrel nut. They would use something much more firm, the KMR-A for instance, which has a locking pressure from both sides of the patented Keymod rail with a locking tab to ensure that your BCM KMR-A rail won't rotate. It'll also fit the latest in GUNFIGHTER technology, such as the BCM GUNFIGHTER KAFG to keep you on target when your shots have to count!

Not him, but in the bottom right pic you can see two tiny tabs from the torque plate rest behind the barrel but. With the barrel not secured to the upper MI and their customers will rely on these two tabs to prevent walking.

Dude.

I walked into a store that had three solid racks of them and if not for the interesting Noveske further along, I would have walked right the fuck out.

Stock AR's are boring. Basically any AR that isn't like >>33287117 or a retro build is fucking boring.

I can dig an old school M16 build, but every faggot fawning over his "M4" should just fuck off.
